Pro Bono legal representation of abused & neglected children. Significant trials have included Real estate fraud case involving escrow violations, Breach of Oral Contingent Fee Contract, Breach of Brokerage Listing Contract case including allegations of fraud, conspiracy & forgery, 4 week bench trial defending shareholder’s derivative action, Commercial landlord tenant actions including jury trial with Retaliatory Eviction counterclaims, and Dependency cases include termination of parental rights cases.

Significant real property transactions have included representing purchasers and sellers of large hotel and apartment transactions, representing property owners in various municipal land use and administrative proceedings and representing secondary mortgage lenders in all aspects of the business transactions from loan closing to foreclosing to bankruptcy proceedings.
